Our Story
Two decades of continental work
Govino Consulting was founded on the belief that Africa and the Gulf deserve advisory expertise that genuinely understands the continental and regional context — not simply importing and repackaging Western solutions.
Over more than two decades, we have built deep expertise in digital governance, cybersecurity, AI policy, and economic policy through hundreds of engagements across Africa's 55 countries and the Gulf region.
We operate at the levels that matter: continental policy with the African Union, national strategy with governments, and sector-level implementation with ministries and agencies.
